How Alexander James Projects handles reviews
- The reviews you see from Alexander James Projects come from real customers, through Google.
- We ask every customer for a review once the job is finished, not only the ones we think are happy.
- Nothing is offered in return for a review: no discounts, gifts or entries into draws.
- We never edit, write or pay for reviews, and staff, family and friends don't review us.
- Any example or placeholder review is clearly labelled as one.
- If you think a review is fake or misleading, please tell us using the contact details on this website and we'll look into it.
